This page explains what information Gaming With Talha (https://gamingwithtalha.com) collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
- Messages you send us — the contact, sponsorship and support forms keep your name, email and what you wrote.
- Your account — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We never see your Google password.
- Purchases — your name, email, optional phone number, what you bought, the price and the order status. Payments are handled by our payment provider (Superchat); we never see your card, bKash, Nagad or Rocket details.
- License activation — when you activate our software, the license key is linked to a device name and an anonymous device ID so one key works on the number of PCs it was sold for.
- Sponsor bookings — the brand name, website, tagline and contact details you submit.
How we use it
To deliver what you bought (license keys, downloads, renewals and reminder emails), to answer your messages and bug reports, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to measure which ads bring customers.
Emails
Order confirmations, license keys, expiry reminders and support replies are sent through our email provider (Resend). We do not send marketing email without asking.
Cookies and ad measurement
- Essential cookies keep you signed in and complete checkout.
- Ad measurement: when enabled, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to learn which ads lead to visits, sign-ups and purchases. This shares the pages you view and actions such as starting a checkout or buying, together with your browser details (IP address, browser type) and the cookies _fbp and _fbc. If you buy or sign in, your email address and phone number are shared only as irreversible SHA-256 hashes.
- We also keep a first-party cookie for 30 days that remembers which campaign link you came from, so we can see which ads work.
- You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or turn off ad personalization in your Facebook settings.
Where it is stored and for how long
Data is kept on our server and in our database provider (Supabase). Orders and licenses are kept as long as needed for your license and our accounting; messages and bug reports are kept while they are useful for support. Ad-measurement records are deleted after 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
Children
Our store is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new date.
