GTA 6 SIZE, PRE-LOAD AND REVIEWS | GAMING WITH TALHA

GTA 6 is now three weeks away. Rockstar Games has set pre-loading for digital pre-orders to begin on November 12, 2026, a week before the November 19 launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. This week (October 26–27, 2026), reports added a roughly 210 GB download size and review codes going out to media, neither confirmed by Rockstar yet.

Gaming With Talha has been counting down to this launch with its viewers. Talha watched the newest GTA 6 trailer live during the October 15 Thursday Special Live. Here is what is confirmed, what is only reported, and what it means for players in Bangladesh and South Asia.

What happened

Confirmed by Rockstar: the official pre-order announcement from June 2026 (press release via Game Developer) sets the launch for November 19, 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. It also lists:

• Standard edition at $79.99 and the Ultimate Edition at $99.99.
• Digital pre-orders can start pre-loading on November 12, 2026.
• Physical editions arrive from November 12 with a download code in the box to support pre-loading, so physical buyers download the game too.
• Pre-orders and purchases before November 20 get the Vintage Vice City Pack. Digital pre-orders also get one free month of GTA+.

Reported this week, not confirmed by Rockstar:

• About 210 GB download. On October 27, the PlayStation Game Size account reported that the PS5 version needs about 210 GB, and Insider Gaming said it had corroborated the figure. A day-one patch could add more on top (IBTimes UK, October 27). Game Rant notes the figure has not been formally confirmed for either platform, and Sony's store does not list a size yet (Game Rant, October 27).
• Review codes. On October 26, insider NateTheHate reported that Rockstar has started sending review copies, with reviews set to go live on November 18, one day before launch (RockstarINTEL, October 26). Rockstar has not announced a review date.

What it means for players

The biggest practical point is storage. If the reported 210 GB is right, it is a very large download, so players may need to clear space or add storage before November 12. Because the physical edition uses a download code rather than a full game disc, buying the box does not avoid the download.

For fans in Bangladesh and much of South Asia, where home internet speeds and data limits vary a lot, the November 12 pre-load window matters. Starting the download early gives a full week before launch day. The pre-load does not mean early play: the game unlocks at launch.

On PC, there is still no announcement. Rockstar has named only PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Any PC date is speculation until Rockstar says otherwise.

On Gaming With Talha: Talha's Take

GTA 6 has already been a hot topic on the channel. During the October 15 Thursday Special Live, about an hour and a half in, a viewer told Talha that a new GTA 6 trailer had just dropped, and he put it on screen for the whole chat. At around the 1:37 mark he counted down to launch:

"Today is the 15th. One month and four days. 34 days left. Not much, 34 days and it launches." (translated from Bangla)

In the same minute he talked about a PC version, while making clear he was not sure:

"From the updates I've seen, it's supposed to come to PC in 2027. I don't know if they will, but that's what is expected." (translated from Bangla)
